Hi there,
I have a sheet for tracking contracts and assign the contracts to my staff of 10. I would like to be able to have my swim lanes be organized/sorted by the "Contact List" column type (I have my assigned staff in this column).
based on this help article, https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/get-started/card-view
and the video (0:30 - 0:40) our sheet must have a drop down list, contact list, or symbol type column to utilize the card view.
It seems that even my sheet contain contact list and drop down type columns, but I can sort/organize by the contact list column.
Is feature got canceled with after the new features got released or am doing something wrong here?
I would appreciate any help from anyone?
