Intake Forms: Dynamic/conditional fields or hidden links?

Hi! I have not found this topic discussed yet. We'd like to do a couple of things with our intake forms.

1. Make the intake fields conditional. Some surveys are set up so that what you chose in field A. will affect what you see for the fields following it. Like "What pet do you have?" If you choose "Cat" the next field will reflect that.  Is that possible on an intake form?

2. On forms you can have some free text/descriptions. We put in a link for more information for filling out the form, but it's the ugly URL. Can you set up a "Click here" scenario?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to either have field logic or text links, but both are excellent ideas!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a workaround, you could use a third-party form service that integrates with Smartsheet. Something like Google Forms or similar.

This will be possible in Smartsheet soon.

We will soon introduce two major enhancements to Smartsheet forms that we’d like you to know about in advance:

1. A more immersive builder UI to help get the most out of your forms, faster
2. Conditional logic to ensure each respondent is asked the most relevant questions

All of your existing forms will continue to work and be fully editable in the new builder.
