Automated Workflows

I have been trying to create an automated workflow that triggers an email to the assigned to person when the Due Date field is not completed. I have tried different intervals, but it still isn't working. I have checked the permission settings and Personal settings.

I appreciate any assistance.

Hi,

Try changing the When condition to Any field changes and add a condition in the conditions section, add Date is blank.

Smartsheet user licensing randomly removed
Hi everyone, I've noticed in the last few months that some of our users have their licences removed without warning (i.e. no administrator action, or warning). I've had to restore them a few times now. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, any ideas on how to fix this?
How to reinstate a suspended license?
Does anyone have suggestions? I have a team member who had a Pro license, but then I bought Business licenses for my team. Unfortunately, her Pro license was suspended for non-payment (purposefully) while we got the Business licenses paid for. Now we get errors when I invite her to the Business license. Yikes. Any ideas?
Contacts
I created a new project in my PMO, when I tried to pick a contact there were very few listed 7 versus the 165 people in my org. I checked My Contacts and all of the contacts were listed. Do I need to link that somehow to my sheet? How would I do that? Second question, what is the best strategy to keep My Contacts updated…
