How to Link my 2020 Capital Budget to my Capital Budget Form

Hello

My organization has finalized our 2020 Capital Ex Budget. Starting in January 2020, I want to create a Capital Exp Form that provides the options that were approved for the 2020 Cap Ex Budget. For example, the form would be set up as follows:

1. Is the capital expenditure request a 2020 approved capital expenditure.

Dropdown to show Yes or No.

If Yes... then all the capital expenditure items would populate the reminder of the cells from the sheet we have already created.

If No... then the user has to fill out the rest of the form.

This form would create another worksheet separate from the 2020 Capital Ex Budget sheet we have already created.

Thanks

Nillie

    Hi Nillie,

Depending on the structure, one way to build a solution would be to have two different links in a form. One link for Yes and another one for No.

    Would that work?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

    I hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic day!

    Best,
