Dears,
Our customer has a number of unlicensed users which work on Smartsheet. A new employee joined and created a new free trial user account.
This user is not able to email comments out of a sheet: "You've exceeded the maximum of 5 recipients at a time for free trial users. Please reduce your list and try again."
Any idea? Other "older" free accounts are able to email comments to > 5 recipients.
