Any templates or sample of multiple project dashboards?

@Paul Newcome Your two replies I have listed below, this is what I am trying to learn. We have construction project timelines by property. A team for each property works from there, but then there are some tasks through all of the projects that need to roll into a sheet for people who do specific tasks for all projects. ie: The creative director needs to take matterport scans, capture videos of special process or get finnish photography sooo, we need a combined sheet of these tasks across projects for creative director to have a to keep a schedule of his tasks through the projects. OR I would need to send out a client survey 60 days after the completion of each project, but how do I have my own sheet, my own calendar, to track all of my survey tasks across all active projects that are timelines I dont manage.

I track multiple ongoing projects by linking the pertinent project data for each one to a rollup sheet. From there the possibilities are endless between metrics sheets, reports, dashboards, etc...

Each project has a sheet that is a Project Charter. This tracks all pertinent data to the project such as contact info, dates, status, etc.

I then use cell linking to link every charter to a rollup sheet where each data point has its own column. Since each data point is in it's own column, I was able to build out metrics sheets using cross sheet reference to show averages, counts, etc.

Once you pull your metrics from the rollup sheet, you can display all of that data in various ways across as many dashboards as needed.

Hi - all of the examples that have been provided/linked from Smartsheet Community only show one project. Is there an example that anyone has of a dashboard for multiple projects? Thanks so much!
