Not allowing me to share Dynamic View

Hello,

I am trying to add people under shared users but it only only has a limited number of names and it wont let me add in any outside of that list. What could be causing this?

    Hi Michael,

    Can't you add a new email by typing it in the field? Do you get an error message?

  • On this same topic does the people I put in the "Shard User" do they receive notification that I have sent them a Dynamic View? I added someone yesterday and he is yet to get notification that he was added to a view?

    Hello Michelle, they do not receive an email when you send a Dynamic view. So you would have to either send them an email with the link or have them open dynamic view to access it
