Need for Forms Automation Workflow

It would help so much if there was a workflow that could send out the link to a form on a custom (daily, weekly, etc.) basis. Right now I have to create a row that triggers the form to be sent weekly and just put the link to the form in the message and then hide all the columns so the row does not show up in the email.

Does anybody else have a need for this?
