1.  Excellent response to recent complaints about the <enhanced> notes functionality.  Looks like you are back on track and heading in the right direction.

2.  The pace of product tweaks has accelerated.  I notice subtle refinements being added almost every month.

3.  Filters.  Fantastic new feature, and correct on the first release. Cool

Thanks for a great product.

    Very much in agreement.

I think we won't see another update like August 2016's again.

I wasn't able to be active for the Sep release, but it looks like it went very smoothly.

Today's should be the same, I say optimistically.

I'm going to make sure our devs see this...

@Jeremy - appreciate the kind words.  The wording of your post - "notes" - is very telling. While our Discussions were never explicitly designed for the purpose of capturing notes, for us there are two important takeaways from this experience:

    (1) we need to do a better job understanding how our customers are actually using our features, regardless of what they were meant to do

    (2) it is clear that our customers want / need a way to capture notes, and something we need to think about moving forward

Thanks again for all the feedback along the way.

    (1) - every software team I have ever worked with (as a customer or collaborator) has learned this the hard way and then relearned it again a few years later.

No offense intended. It is just a like security or infrastructure - we get complacent when things don't go badly.

Which reminds me, I need to fix my backup system. It is about time for something bad to happen again. :)
