Can't get Gantt chart view

I created a sheet in Grid view for projects I'm managing. It has start and finish date columns, along with task names, etc. I've done some copying and pasting to put tasks in there. When I click on gantt view, only a handful of tasks show up on the gantt chart. What am I doing wrong? I've looked at the properties and don't see anything amiss. Here's a screen shot of the sheet.

UPDATE: I discovered that when I zoom out on the timeline view to the Quarters view on top, the tasks are there in the gantt chart. But when I zoom back in, they disappear. What gives?

Can you provide some more screenshots?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
