Export all sheet data and attachments

Hi Chris,
There currently isn't a method for doing this within Smartsheet other than requesting a backup on your Sheets folder and any Workspaces that you have Admin or Owner permissions on, but I've got your vote down for this on our enhancement request list for further consideration.
With that beings said, you can explore a few of the more advanced options that Smartsheet has to offer, both of which require knowledge of development and APIs:
-Our API allows exports, you might be able to develop a script to facilitate what you need: https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/
-We have a backup tool that can automate the backing up of all sheets in multiuser plans. This requires Java and API knowledge: https://www.smartsheet.com/apps/smartsheet-org-wide-backup

Shaine,
Has there been any type of development in regards to this item? It would be a great add-on if the Smart Sheet could be saved down, via Excel, and have all the attachments included in the cells. Thank you.

Hi familyguy3322,
We currently don't have this functionality in Smartsheet but please submit a Product Enhancement Request (under Quick links on the right of the community site) to let our Product team know that there's a demand for this functionality.

Suggestion for development:
It would be awesome if there could be a file explorer view to view all attachments/pictures without going into each sheet individually. For example, we have daily logs for our construction projects and I would love to be able to scroll all the pictures without having to open each one individually. It is also tedious when viewing attached pictures that there aren't thumbnails and you have to exit each one to open the next. It would be nice to have a next arrow. Currently, it is so tedious that I just download the pictures just to view it in the windows photo viewer.

Hi,
I am sure many people would like the bulk download option including the attachments. Any idea when this could be implemented?
Thank you

If you click the paperclip icon on the right side of the page, it will show you all attachments. In the pop-up window, you can select all and batch download them as a .zip. You'd have to manually sort, archive, zip multiple items once all the pieces are downloaded though.

My sheets contain multiple attachments for each ROW (and I have multiple rows for each sheet). It is cumbersome to have to download all attachments from each row (from each sheet). To be able to export a sheet to include all the attachments (somehow identified to know which Row contained the attachment(s)) would be fantastic. Is this something that may be a possibility someday?

Has this issue been resolved yet? It would be great if smartsheet users could export a sheet with the links to the attachments already connected to the rows. Are there any plans to add this feature yet?

We also have an issue with exporting data and attachments, we have sheets with lots of rows and multiple attachments to rows.
Exporting the sheet is great, but if the exporting functionality does not create a folder per valid row in the sheet to export the row's attachments to, it becomes a nightmare to clear / download a sheet with 500 rows and all the attachments or in the event that you need to reinstate a project that was shelved, and now you have a massive amount of attachments that wasn't exported into a folder per row.
