Do daily update requests get sent out during non-workdays?

We have an update request that will ask foremen to update the percent of a job they have done. The update request is set to trigger daily by using the date trigger option in the automation menu. Would these requests be sent out during non-workdays?

Just to add to this... if you were looking to customize the days to exclude weekends, you can choose to repeat the automation weekly instead, but then choose the days of the week to repeat on:

This is a picture of my settings. Would this trigger on non-workdays? In short, I am wondering if everyday means every work day or everyday?

Everyday in this instance means all days.
