Users getting kicked off Smartsheet

Hello, I created a Smartsheet that tracks a form completion. The problem is that some users (different users on different computers and on different days) are getting kicked out of the Form before they finish. Is there a reason for this? What could it be? Since it's intermittent and not everyone, I really don't know what it could be? I don't even know where to begin looking after the Form and Sheet settings. Thank you!

  • Hi Andree, I finally got an answer...it seems like it's an Internet Explorer issue - they get an error message saying "Internet Explorer stopped working". So I am thinking it's either those particular computers (they might not have got updated by the IT dept yet) or it's IE in general. I am guessing they should be using Chrome, right?

    Ok.

    Yes, Chrome is better, but that error sound like it's the computer that can't handle the load from Smartsheet so possibly it would show something similar in Chrome as well.
