"Content Unavailable" Error on Dashboard
Some of our team members are getting a "Content Unavailable" error when viewing a Dashboard we have created. Can anyone help me resolve it?
Here are some details:
-Users who are getting this error are shared as "Viewers" to the Dashboard only
-The widgets with the error are Report widgets.
-The affected users have not been shared to the originating reports
-Under "Advanced Options", the "Widget editor" option is selected on each of the report widgets so that "...every dashboard viewer sees the same data set as the widget editor, regardless of sheet permissions."
I'm at a loss for what's wrong. Any helpful tips would be appreciated!
Thank you!
Tamara

Hi @Tamara Kemper,
I tested this on my end with the same conditions you've outlined and users who are shared as viewers to a dashboard, but not shared to the report, were able see the report data. Please reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot further.

@Tamara Kemper I also read through the Widget Types for Smartsheet Dashboards help center article and found the following information:
"If the person who created a report or chart widget becomes removed from sharing from the dashboard or from the source report of the widget, the report data will no longer be displayed and the widget will display an error message instead."
I would still recommend reaching out to our Support team since this is only affecting some users.
