Hello -

I would like to keep the start and end date of a project.

Without having an attachemnt associated with the project, can I add people and their roles for this project, on the lines below the project, and then hide those lines? Thx.

You can't hide the lines, but you could indent them and then collapse the parent.

Careful use of background formatting might visually hide the collapsed parent's row too.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

What I'm looking for is maintaing the dates for the, start and end of the project on the main line, having them accumilate only on the main line and not have the indented lines add to the project duration.

Just add a row without precessors or children or a parent.

The dates won't change unless you change them.

If the remainder of the schedule shifts due to changes, a simple check box formula will tell you so.
