Copy and paste from one sheet to the next

Hi,

I am having trouble copying and pasting from one sheet to the next. I am trasnfering information and just need to copy and past but when I right click and copy on one sheet and then go to the next sheet and right click paste or CTRL V it is not pasting the data...rather some old paste data

Please help

It’s important that you do it in the same tab. If you’re doing that and it doesn’t work, and If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

Does this mean that you cannot copy between two different TABS. I have multiple schedules in Gantt view and would like to copy activities between schedules, which I cannot seem to do. Is this a limitation of smartssheet?

Yes, unfortunately, it's a limitation in Smartsheet, but it also depends on what you want to copy and how you copy it. If you copy with Smartsheet functions or if you use the system to copy.
