Calendar Coloring Not working

Hi Community,

I thought i had my filters set up correctly, see screen shots of those color systems below, but my calendar doesn't reflect that (see below for screen shots of calendar and settings).

The items showing in the calendar should appear Magenta but are not. Help!

Hi Sarah,

I did a quick test and was unable to replicate this - my colours worked as expected. Do you have a filter currently applied to the view? If so, could you remove the filter and then provide a screen capture of what you see?

If adjusting the filters didn't change this behaviour, please reach out to Smartsheet Support (here).

You may want to try logging out and in again, testing different browsers, and checking to see what colours your colleagues see from their account, as well. This information will be useful to Support so they can troubleshoot and find what the cause is.

Thanks for the suggestions, I tried all of them and nothing adjusted the view. I'll reach out to Tech support.
