Reports - Dropdown Functionality not working

Hi,

As many are experiencing report dropdown functionality is not working.

This seems to be for RGYB balls, as well as other dropdown lists.

I have tried turning the dropdown columns to normal text columns to solve this issue, but this does not seem to work either.

It appears to be a deeprooted bug. An update ASAP would be great.

We are experiencing the same issue with all drop down menus on reports as well

Definitely a productivity issue for us today.

Hoping this gets resolved ASAP!

We are also having this problem. The drop down menus work in our main spreadsheet, but not our reports, where we do most of or work. Hopefully this is resolved ASAP.

This issue now appears to be fixed.

However, in attempts to resolve this yesterday I turned off some conditional formatting rules I had in place. I have tried to now put these back in place, but when I attempt to save I get the following error:

Still having issues with some drop downn menus, some RGYB balls, and some entries made in a sheet show in one person's report and not the other.

It wasnt fixed for us either when they first said it was resolved so I contacted 'EST@Smartsheet.com' who then made some adjustments to my source sheet on the back end. This is what they sent me in response and it worked. All my reports from that source sheet has been fixed.

Thanks so much for that information. I've refreshed the sheet "BI Dashboard 2016" on the back end. Please try closing any report tab that is currently open that accesses this sheet or this sheet tab, if open, before accessing the report again to see if you're able to edit the dropdown or if it is still showing text instead of RYGB balls. Do let me know and we can continue from there.

We are experiencing the same issue with report dropdown functionality.

Updated 12/13, we still are experiencing the issue, but have seen some notes about being resolved and sheets being refreshed from the backend. Is this still ongoing or do we need to perform some sort of refresh?
