I have data in my smartsheet that I don't need all to see, so I created individual reports, but the individuals can only see the titles. How to allow the individuals to view the data without allowing them access to the entire smartsheet?

If you already created the reports, then you can just publish the reports and provide those URL's. Team members do not need to be shared to the main sheet(s) to be able to see data in a published report.

Thanks Paul. So is there away around from Team Member A not seeing Team Member B's information in the main smartsheet? I would love to keep Team Member A, B, C, D, etc. in one SmartSheet. Would I need to create a smartsheet for each team member and share?

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View. Is that an option?
