Sending a single email to multiple people

Hi,

I have several automations set up to email coworkers. However, usually I need everyone to be literally on the same email. I understand that ultimately smartsheets wants/thinks people are going into smartsheets to "work" but sometimes that's not the case, sometimes you have people outside your organization or whathave you and really what you want to do is have a conversation, replying all, to that origianl email before going into smartsheets and inserting/updating final information.

So anyway to have the automated email Smartheets send, literally CC everyone on the same email?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

Maybe it could work with the Conversation feature or maybe with a 3rd party service like, Zapier.

This is a huge limitation to not have all the recipients from an automation workflow on ONE email so they can reply-all to that email after a notification has been sent.

I would also like to be able to specify who is in the "To:" field versus the "Cc:" field.
