sign-in sheet/roster

I’ve been tasked w/ creating a sign-in sheet/roster tracking when and how often volunteers are volunteering.  Looking to have either one person manages or have individual volunteers sign-in and mark off.  Would like fields:  Full Name, Function, Date, Time-In and Time-Out – and have the ability to sort by volunteer name or function.  Can I do in Smartsheet?     Anna,

    Yes this would be ideal for smartsheet with the following caviate.

    The only column that shows a tinme eliment is the create (system Field) therefore  you would need a time column set up using a text/number field with a dropdown showing time slots.

     

    The users could then have a link to the smartsheet form fo logging in and a link to thier report to show thier entries which they could then add there time out too when leaving.
