The 'Send' and "Send Update Request...' functions are not working for our licensed users.

The 'Send' and "Send Update Request...' functions are not working for our licensed users.

Did something change? We rely quite heavily on these functions.

Any insight would be appreciated.

    What happens when they try to use them? Do they get an error message?

  • No error message on the screen.

    The recipient never receives a message. It started yesterday. (Took a while to figure out people weren't receiving their notifications.)

    We just tested it, again, and nothing. The messages aren't going out.

    Strange! There isn't anything reported on Smartsheet Status page so if you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
