Automated Workflow from Sheet to Diagram (flowchart, mindmap, org chart)

I am looking to utilize Smartsheet for hosting a document. I am looking to map some of the data in this document to a second sheet/document that is a diagram/visualization with boxes, arrows, and labels (similar to a flow chart, mind map, or org chart). I hope to have these documents dynamically connected so that edits to the data will impact the diagram. Does Smartsheet or the automated workflow feature in it allow for implementing this kind document to document integration?
