Hello

I set up an automation for an email to be sent to the person who submits a form. I just noticed that whenever the form is submitted, the automated email that they receive shows as if I sent the email .... ie: "myname via SmartSheet"

Why is it putting my name in the "From" field??

It’s by design. Smartsheet recently made changes to how it works.

If you want it reverted back or maybe as an option instead.

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
