How to create Gantt view in smartsheet Gantt view

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. Are you looking to change the colour of the task bar in a Gantt chart view, based on whether or not something was completed on time? If so, you can set up different Conditional Formatting rules (see here) that change the bar based on certain criteria:

The drop-down arrow next to each rule allows you to add a condition (ex. that the End Date is in the future and that the Processed column says "yes"). Then for the format, you'll want to change the task bar colour. More information on changing the task bar colour can be found in our Help Center (see here).
