Frequently Disconnected/Logged Out
Hi everyone,
I've taken this up with support but in the meantime (several days and counting).
About a week ago or so I noticed that as I go about my day to day work, pretty much exclusively in Smartsheet and very active use, I get spontaneously logged out without warning and get error messages along the lines of "Your Smartsheet session is no longer active..."
I run the latest version of Chrome, as recommended. No idea why this happened all of the sudden and what is causing it. Anybody have similar issues? Possible resolutions?

It appears you may have received a response from Support with troubleshooting steps to follow.
In addition to the ones provided, I would also attempt to access Smartsheet from an alternative Network E.G 4G/LTE
