Is there a way to customize the submission confirmation page?

I have built an audit for the operations folks to fill out and submit via Forms. They are wanting to have their score automatically appear on the submission confirmation page so a few questions:

1. Is that possible?
2. If it is possible, how do I build that feature in and what sheets, formulas, etc. are required?

You can set up an automated Workflow Alert to send instead, and that can include the information with the help of Placeholders.

Make sense?
