Taking photo on Dynamic view

I can easily take photo to attach on sheet but while using dynamic view, I don't see any options to take photo. Am I missing something ? Can I take photo on dynamic view by using my mobile device?

Yes, this should be possible, but since Dynamic View has different functionality than the core Smartsheet application there are a few settings that would need to be in place. The person who created the view would need to allow users to add attachments from the View Display settings. (See here for more information on configuring a View Display.)

If this is set up, in your mobile device you can click on the row you want to add an image to. Then, navigate to the Attachment tab from the top.

Click Attach a File and your mobile device should then prompt you with adding it either from your camera roll or to take a photo. This is what it looks like from my iOS device:

Let me know if this works for you! If not, it may be helpful to have a screen capture of what you see when you click on "Attach a File".

Currently the only way to attach images in Dynamic View is by using the Attachments option per-row as shown above (versus embedding an image in a cell). Please submit an Enhancement Request explaining your use-case so our Product team can hear about your feedback!

@Genevieve P How are we able to then pull the row attachments into a report? Is there a way to do that now?

Row Reports will automatically show the attachment column and comment column by default (although you can hide them if needed):
