Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to create a similar format in Smartsheet?

The numbers below each date indicate the number of people/site workers working on the project on that particular date.

if you have access to the resource views, then yes, but not in figures but the names and capacity utilisation.

If you need to have this as a sheet, then you have to build it and it will be some effort. It looks like you currently do it in Excel. If it works there, you most likely can do the same in Smartsheet with the same logic. The formulas will be a little different and the structure of the referenced sheets need to support this.

You could use formulas with cross sheet references to search other sheets for the number of people working for the same (unique ID = project name or number) project. The difficult part is the timeframe (rolling, fixed).
