Tracking Time

Hello,

I am sure there isn't an easy way to accomplish this but thought I would pose the question. Is there a way to track the time an item has spent since it was submitted or last modified? Our TeleICU would like to have KPIs on items that take longer then 1 hour to complete as they move from submission, to nurse review to provider review. Each admission should spend no longer then 1 hour in each stage.
