Dynamic Default Date

I am trying to set up a default date within a form field to always be today's date + 5 days. For example, I am creating a marketing asset request form. I would like the review date field to default to a 5 day turnaround time, with the option for the requestor to modify the date if needed.

Is there a way to do this?

Yes, but you'll need to add it to the sheet and use a so-called helper column.

A helper column is a column that doesn't have any function except helping with the structure/process. There isn't any documentation.
