Did the 'View cell history' get removed from collaborators?

I seen a community session where some license users said the 'view cell history' function was being taken away back in 2019 but then the last message noted said the decision was reverted and the function was going to continue to work on all permission levels. A vendor just emailed me asking me to provide them the cell history of a certain SKU and I informed them they could use the cell history function but they said they do not have that function since they are only a collaborator on the report I created for them to edit.

Hi Stacie,

For free collaborators, the option to view history/activity log, is disabled. It is only available for licensed users in your account.
