Reports: Show Parent Row with Child Row

Good afternoon, we are creating reports for people to look at and need to be able to show the "Parent Row" which is the specific job with the "Child Row" . The people will be looking at this in a report and need to be able to know what job it is they are working on

How are you delivering the report? Is it online or in a pdf? Or some other static document?

We want our employees to be able to pull the report from the dash board......... would like for there to be a column on the report that has the parent row + the current row. Attached is a formula I tried to use but it is not pulling the parent row?
