Does anyone have any idea as to why when a workflow is running for the 1st time on a row it's send the attachment out as it should but then if there's a change to the row and the workflow is triggered for a 2nd time it then does not include the attachment?

Clarification. It would only include the attachment when there is an attachment added with the trigger if the attachment isn't the trigger.

Yes, it's because it only includes the attachment if the attachment is the trigger.

A possible workaround could be to use an update request instead.

@Andrée Starå the attachment is not the trigger there is a checkbox that is ticked once the attachment is added that is the trigger

Thanks for that I've changed to workflow to run when an attachment is added or changed and it appears to have sent the email out with the attachment included after I re-attached what was needed
