Is there a formula that can capture the date when a cell changes?
I have a list of dropdown categories to capture the project stage and would like to capture the date when the project stage changes. I also have a list of dropdown categories with the project stage owners that I would like to capture the date of when this changes. My goal is to see how long the project takes on each stage and in who's ownership the stages are. Is there a formula available where I can capture this information?

Not yet. But a said formula was announced during Engage 2021. It hasn't seen the light of day yet.
The coming soon section of this published dashboard shows JAN 2021 as the expected release date.
Although the updates that were due in October still haven't been released either.

Yes!!! Its an automation!
You might need to set up several conditions if you're trying to record each stage change, but this automation will store a date in a column of your choosing based on a certain cell changing!!!
