Hmm. That is an interesting error. I was going to recommend checking status.smartsheet.com but I think that is another issue entirely. I would consult with Smartsheet support.
@Improve Consulting Users of our Enterprise Plan are experiencing the same problem/receiving the same error message when they attempt to submit a form (source sheet is used in our Smartsheet Control Center Blueprint). First reports of the error were received yesterday, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 shortly after the "Temporary Service Interruption" issue. I suspect it has something to do with Control Center as we are seeing other anomalies with Control Center workflows not executing as expected. I submitted a support ticket earlier this morning (Thur-3-Dec), provided all the requested evidence via email, called the support center twice (had to leave a message both times) and I've yet to receive any sort of help/assistance. Very frustrated.
We have a number of users with the same error. I am not sure if it is smart sheet related or a user profile / internet security issue. Has there been any resolution from the support ticket submitted?

Ask your users to try the following, and if it still doesn’t work, and If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
