How do I change the text in an approval form so it's different from the triggered email?
When I set up an approval workflow, is it possible to change the text in the approval form from the text in the email that is triggered which contains the link to the form? Also, on the approval form is it possible to remove the "Send me a copy of my response" check box?

Not sure I follow.
For the first question
Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
Unfortunately, the answer to the second question is no, it's not possible now, but it's a great idea.

I hope that helps!

@Andrée Starå when setting up an approval flow an email with a View Request link is sent to the approver. The text in the email is something that I can configure. When the approver clicks on the View Request link and is taken to the approval form, the form has the same exact text that was on the email. This doesn't make a lot of sense, since on the email you may want to tell the approver "click the View Request link to approve or deny," but that text wouldn't make sense when they get to the form.
Let me know if this explains it better.

Yes, that makes sense.
It would be an excellent option to have.

As a possible workaround, you could add a so-called helper column and add the other text there.
Would that help/work?
