Where did Publish to iCal go?

Reports in calendar view used to have a Publish to iCal tool easily available. After their last update, it has been replaced with filters and grouping tools. Where do I find the ability to publish calendars now? I can't seem to hunt it down.

Publish seems to only have link options not necessarily calendar options.

Please help.

It is in the sheet itself when you click on the Publish button. It should be the last option at the bottom that just says "Calendar".
