Copying and Unlinking Cell Data

Good morning,

I have a master list of all of our projects comprised of linked cells from our project schedules -- so it updates as the projects update, providing a summary status overview of the percent complete on all projects.

I want to track our progress month-to-month to determine how much progress was made during a period of time, but the problem is because of linked cells, the percent complete will always update dynamically when someone updates the sheet.

Short of going into each of the 80+ projects and copying, pasting, and unlinking the percent complete from the original project schedule, is there an automated way to do this?

You can set up a copy row automation. The copy row automation will send a copy of the row to another sheet and only captures static data meaning it will store those historical values.
