Copy , move or share selected cells / information with others
Hi All
How to copy/move or to share rows to another sheet with column of my choice .
or to share some cells / columns of my choices with others but not all row information
The reason is i donot want to share some information with others
Im doing it with trick like to send to landing sheet with some automated actions to approve new triggered and added rows changing stats to 0 or etc that later to be forwarded to the final landed sheet etc
Its long tricky flow that im trying to make it in easier way

You could just build a report that will show the columns you want shown and have it filtered to only show the rows you want. If you publish the report and send the other person the published URL, they will not even need access to the source sheet to be able to view the data.

You can also make an automation that copies to a second sheet.
In that sheet any column you do not want anyone to see simply change it to a column formula like ="N/A" and it will override any data coming in...

Write a formula into a cell of that column then right click and hit convert to column formula.
The formula can be anything it can even be =""
The value from the previous sheet does not show in the cell history.
