Multiple emails sent for same automation flow

Hello all,

I wonder if any of you have created an automation workflow that sends the same alert multiple times. I have two people who are getting four emails every time the automation is triggered. I have changed the workflow to alert me, but I only get one email when triggered, so I am not sure why two different people have the same issue, yet I can't replicate it. Has anyone encountered an issue like this one?

Any help is appreciated.

    Sure, I have an automated workflow you can see in the images below that alerts people when a graphic has been submitted and approved or declined. Both Robin and Jo listed below as getting alerted get four emails every time I approve a graphic. Though when I change their email addresses to mine I don't get multiple emails, I only get one.
