Report for Recently Completed Tasks

I am wanting to create a project management report that shows the tasks which have recently been completed.
In the report, I am asking for all Owners that are not blank, where the Comp % equals 100, and the Modified (system value) is in the last 7 days.
I get no returned values but I have created a test report which should meet these critera. Does anyone have a similar report that returns values?
