Purchase Order Tracking Log

I am new to using Smartsheet. I am working on a new Purchase Order Template and am not understanding how to add new entries for purchase orders. I have used the first 2 in the template but now each time I want to add a new po, it adds it as a sub from the 2nd po.

Yes sir, attached is a screen shot of my worksheet. So the 2 bold rows were already in the template and I entered my data in row one. But in order to at new rows, I am not sure of how to go about doing so. Especially in order to keep the other rows that pertain to the main (bold) row.
