Sending automatic reminders for unanswered Update Requests

I am using Smartsheet with clients and they often ignore or don't notice Update Requests from Smartsheet. So they remain unanswered.

Is there a way to automatically send reminders to people that did not respond to an Update Request? I'd love to be able to send a reminder every other day until the Update Request is responded to.

I suggest you have your workflow be set up as repeating every other day, but include a condition that tests whether the anticipated edit has been made, and only sends when that condition has not been met.

For instance, if in your Update Request you want them to change a value from Yes to No, have a condition that the workflow only sends when the value in that cell is [ie, remains] Yes.
