Is there anyway to receive responses from a form in pdf?

Hi Smartsheet community,

Does anyone know if there is a way to get captured responses from a form sent as a attachment in pdf format? I know you can get a regular email with the responses, but in my case I need to send the response to an exec to do final sign-off via Docusign (I was late to the docusign smarthseet integration party so dont have that feature). Any ideas?

If you have many contracts, I would recommend looking at upgrading to Enterprise because the integration with DocuSign is fantastic.

Yes, Document Builder would be my next recommendation, or you can print the row and save it as a pdf.

What Smatsheet Plan do you have? If you have Enterprise or higher, you can connect to DocuSign.

Hi Andrée all is well- hope same for you.

I noticed that after posting this, but yeah unfirtunately dont have Enterprise plan so unable to take advantage of this workaround, I was looking into the New Document builder feature to see if maybe that could work and I upload a prefillable form- not sure if this will work for me though, but will play around with it a bit more.

@Andrée Starå Just 4 users currently- will explore the Document Builder- but was actually able to achieve what I need using print and then saving as .pdf so bravo sir ;)
