The new Smartsheet experience

No longer having the File - Automation - etc tabs at the top is a massive step backwards. Where can one access such? I've gone through all the side panel icons and cannot find those options anywhere.

Perhaps ASK your users - your customers - what would be of value. Decades long basic enhancement requests such as a sheet keeping your sort values have been languishing for design changes that are not of benefit to the actual use of the program.

I've always - ALWAYS - been a huge proponent of Smartsheet vs Airtable, Base Camp, etc. Sadly, this is making me rethink our options as the cost is a major player that I would put up with a lesser platform such as those over such design changes as have been pushed out in this EAP.

There are also glitches in Workflows wherein they do not do what the criteria indicates they should. I was on chat for help and it ended with basically, "I've given you solutions" and the chat was ended. No viable solutions were given. That gave me extreme pause. I miss the Smartsheet that was attentive to the needs of its customer.

We've used Smartsheet for almost 14 years and sadly, these last few years have given us many massive errors in design.

I wish Smartsheet would prioritize functionality and scalability. The potential to be a reliable product continues to diminish with each update focusing only on making the platform more "visually appealing"
