Why can't new workspace owner schedule recurring backup?

Hi team - I setup a workspace and then moved some folders into that space and shared with a specific user.

I then transferred ownership of those workspace folders to that specific user.

When he attempts to schedule a recurring backup of the folders, he does not get that option:

But when I right click the folder, I do get the schedule recurring backup option:


Why would that be?

    If there are no sheets in the folders, the backup option will not be enabled. There has to be sheets.


    (which is how you also learn that only sheets are backed up - not dashboards or reports - just FYI)

    @MCorbin - appreciate the feedback but the folders are full of info so still not sure why the other Jeff cannot schedule a backup.

    I have a ticket opened up for support on this.
