auto attach a template sheet when new row is created

I'm looking for a way to automatically attach a sheet which in this case is a checklist template, to a new row that is automatically created when a form is filled out.

Any thoughts?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

I agree with @Andrée Starå, it would be helpful to know a bit more about your process and what you're looking to do... screen captures would be the most useful (but please block out any sensitive data).

There isn't a way directly from within Smartsheet to automatically add an attachment to a row, however you may be able to do this through a connection to a third party application, or perhaps using a formula to populate a URL to a specific sheet.
