Two workflows in one automation?
Is it possible to have two workflows in one? For instance, if someone is filling out our intake form, and they select a marketing tool called "Emma", I want the specific marketing person who handles that tool to be assigned to that ticket and to receive an alert that someone has submitted a ticket for it.
Can I make both of those happen in one automation as opposed to building out two separate ones? There are a lot of categories for people to select in my intake form, and it would be great if I could consolidate the automations.
