Missing Automation
I have a workspace with dozens of dashboards, sheets, reports etc. I am testing a notification automation, and it is not doing what I want it to do (there are way too many uemails) at this point I want to disable it.
When I went back to the sheet I thought I created it on, the automation is not listed.
Is there a way to see a list of all your automations within a workspace?
Any advice on how to find this wayward notification automation and stop it?

Alert notifications are only sent from sheets. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the email with sensitive/confidential information blocked?
Usually they will at least mention the sheet name and/or include a link to the sheet unless the link to the sheet feature was turned off when setting up the automation. I would think that there should still be some mention of the sheet somewhere within the email.

There is no way to get a comprehensive list of all automations across sheets. The only way would be to build the list yourself while going from sheet to sheet.
Is there not a link that can be clicked on in the automated email that will take you to the sheet or possibly the sheet name anywhere within the email?

Unfortunately the link inside the notification is one I entered. It takes them to a dashboard, not the source sheet that the automation was built on.
Is there another place that an alert notification could be hiding? Im clicking automation, manage automations

I remember turning that feature off. It appears I have nearly outsmarted myself lol
I decided to go through all the sheets in the workspace and found the wayward automation in the first one thankfully.
Thanks for all the great advice, on my questions and many others :D
